Terms of use
What you get
Navido is a web app operated by Noam Brand, Israel. You get a licence to use it, on the plan you are on, to plan routes for yourself or your business. You do not get the software itself: the code stays with Navido and may not be copied, resold, or offered as a service to others.
Plans

A route counts when you press Run and a route is built. Invite credits add spare routes on top of the plan. Limits and prices can change; the app shows the ones in force, and a change never shortens a period you already paid for.
Your own Google key
The paid plans run on your own Google Maps key: the requests the app makes for you are billed to your Google account, under Google's terms and Google's prices. Google gives each account a free monthly allowance, so for ordinary use that bill is usually nothing, but it is yours and Navido cannot control it. Keep the key restricted to the Maps services the app names, and disconnect it in the app whenever you like. The Free plan needs no key and runs on Navido's own allowance.
Fair use
Do not run the app with scripts, do not create browser ids to get around the limits, and do not use it to scrape places data. Navido may pause or close access that does this.
Routes are estimates
Driving and walking times, opening hours, ratings and addresses come from Google and change by the minute. Navido puts them in the best order it can find; it does not guarantee the order is the fastest possible, that a place is open when you arrive, or that a time is exact. Check the plan against what you see, and drive safely. Navido is not liable for a missed appointment, a closed shop, a wrong turn, or any loss that follows from using a route.
Availability
The app runs on Google's servers and on Google's Maps services, and may be unavailable when they are. Navido may pause the app to protect it from abuse or runaway costs. There is no promised uptime.
Payments, refunds and cancellation
- Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt and handles tax.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and is not renewed.
- If Navido is not what you expected, write to support@excel-armor.com within 14 days of a first payment and it is refunded in full. After 14 days, and on renewals, payments are not refunded.
- A refunded plan goes back to Free straight away.
Liability
Navido is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Navido's total liability for anything arising from the app is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute goes to the courts of Israel.
