Terms of use
1. Who you are dealing with
Navido is operated by Excel Armor, Rabbi Averbuch 26, Ramat Hasharon 4740020, Israel. Registered in Israel as an exempt dealer (עוסק פטור), business number 026627760. Contact: support@excel-armor.com, +972 54 283 7000.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 to use Navido. If you use it for an employer or a client, you confirm you may accept these terms on their behalf.
3. What you get
A licence to use the app, on the plan you are on, to plan routes for yourself or your business. You do not get the software: the code stays with Navido and may not be copied, resold, decompiled, or offered to others as a service.
4. Plans

A route counts when you press “Plan route” and a route is built; re-planning the same places in the same month does not spend another one. An invite earns spare routes on top of the plan when a person who came through your invite link buys a plan, and they are taken back if that purchase is refunded. Limits and prices can change; the app shows the ones in force, and a change never shortens a period you have already paid for.
5. Your own Google key
Every plan runs on Navido's own Google Maps account, so there is nothing to set up and no second bill. You may connect your own Google Maps key instead. Doing so raises the monthly route allowance on whatever plan you are on — to 10 on Free, 50 on Plus and no monthly limit on Pro — because those routes run on your Google account; it changes nothing else. The requests the app then makes for you are billed to your Google account under Google's terms and prices, Google's free monthly allowance applies to you, and you can disconnect the key in the app at any time. It is an option, never a requirement.
6. Acceptable use
Do not run the app with scripts or automated tools, do not create browser ids to get around the limits, do not resell access or present the service as your own, and do not use it to scrape or rebuild a places database. Do not use it for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with the app, its Google account, or other people's use of it. Pro on your own Google key has no monthly route limit, subject to a daily limit set well above ordinary planning to stop automated abuse; if you ever meet it, write to us.
7. Intellectual property
The app, the website, the name Navido and everything in them belong to Excel Armor or to its licensors. Map data, place names, ratings and opening hours belong to Google and to the businesses concerned, and are shown under Google's terms. The route you produce is yours to use.
8. Routes are estimates
Driving and walking times, opening hours, ratings and addresses come from Google and change by the minute. Navido puts them in the best order it can find; it does not guarantee that the order is the fastest possible, that a place is open when you arrive, or that a time is exact. Check the plan against what you see, obey the road, and drive safely. Navido is not liable for a missed appointment, a closed shop, a wrong turn, or any loss that follows from using a route.
9. Availability
The app runs on Google's servers and on Google's Maps services, and may be unavailable when they are. Navido may pause the app to protect it from abuse or runaway costs, and may change or withdraw features. There is no promised uptime.
10. Payments, cancellation and refunds
- Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy issues the receipt and handles tax.
- You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed.
- Fourteen days, full refund, no questions — on a first payment and on a renewal alike. Write to support@excel-armor.com within 14 days of the charge. The full refund policy says how.
- A refunded plan goes back to Free straight away.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close access that breaks section 6, or that threatens the service or its costs. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why first and give you a chance to put it right. You may stop using Navido at any time; clearing the site data in your browser removes everything held there.
12. No warranty
Navido is provided as it is and as it is available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows: Navido is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, for lost profits, lost business or lost time, however caused. Navido's total liability for everything arising out of the app is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Where you pay nothing, that limit is the cost of the service to you, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
14. Indemnity
If you use Navido in breach of these terms and that causes a claim against us from someone else, you will cover the reasonable cost of it.
15. Privacy
What we do with data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
16. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that affects you materially will be said plainly in the app. Continuing to use Navido after that means accepting the new terms; if you do not accept them, stop using it and ask for a refund if you are within the 14 days.
17. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, nor of the right to bring proceedings there.
18. Online dispute resolution (EU)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to, and do not undertake to, take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration body.
19. Export controls and sanctions
You may not use Navido if you are subject to sanctions that would prohibit it, or in a country that such sanctions cover.
20. Miscellaneous
If a clause here is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a term once does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours if the business is transferred, on the same terms. These terms, with the privacy and refund policies, are the whole agreement between us about Navido.
