Cancellation and refunds

Effective 12 September 2026.

1. The promise

Fourteen days, full refund, no questions asked. It applies to a first payment and to a renewal alike, whether you are in Israel, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States or anywhere else. You do not have to say why, and you do not have to prove anything.

2. How to ask

Write to support@excel-armor.com from the address on the order, within 14 days of the charge, and say you want a refund. That is the whole procedure. You can also use the link in your receipt from Lemon Squeezy.

3. What happens then

4. Cancelling without a refund

Cancel at any time from the link in your receipt. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the plan you already paid for stays active until the end of its period. There is nothing to lose by cancelling early.

5. After the fourteen days

We do not refund a period that is more than 14 days old. Cancel instead, and the plan will not renew. If something is broken and that is why you are asking, say so — a service that did not work is a different conversation from a change of mind, and we will put it right or refund it whenever the fault is ours.

6. Your rights as a consumer

This policy is more generous than the law requires, and it does not replace your legal rights. In the European Union and the United Kingdom, a consumer buying digital services has a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal; we do not ask you to waive it, and the policy above gives you the same period without conditions. In Israel, the Consumer Protection Law gives rights of cancellation for a transaction made remotely; nothing here reduces them.

7. Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, writing to support@excel-armor.com is faster than a chargeback and we would rather you did. A chargeback raised before you have written to us may close the account while the bank looks at it.
